Revising my notes and understanding how differently I began to look at acting! It's very difficult, you have to really transform and become your character! All your comments (Kristina), advice, all exercises were not in vain, for me for sure.

I came to this workshop to find liberation, relaxation, I came to experience something new, and I got everything and even more. For me, you are amazing in what you do, how you helped us and me in particular find something we needed in our texts, how to present it to people - immensely grateful!

Even three classes really gave the foundation for what it is - acting and how it is to be an actor! Not easy, but interesting!

Acting class for beginners has helped me found my focus and my body. The techniques taught in this class are simple, yet very impactful in developing focus to things that are happening at the moment and in retrieving the control of my own body. Kristina is a great director who has succeeded in creating a safe and friendly environment for young actors like me.

I would definitely recommend it to those who are interested and new to acting. This acting class is an excellent way to start your acting career!

It's hard for me to express emotions in real life and to do it on purpose is even harder. So I'm pretty proud of (myself for being in this class). But I have surely shit my pants in fear!

Just wanted to say Thanks for the patience and knowledge that you pass on to your students! Your lessons help to liberate physically and helps deeply understand the character, to feel how is it, in the shoes of another person. This is a complete step out of your comfort zone and it is great! I would like to recommend your lessons to everyone who wants to become more confident, to know how to express themselves better and know how to control their body in any situation.

Kris was always very clear and descriptive about what she wanted us to do and how to do it and immediately gave feedback on how to improve in case we weren't quite there yet. It was very fun, different, scary and  overwhelming in a good way yet satisfying in the end. 

This is a course to help you become more free in expressing yourself, if you ever wanted to fulfill a desire to put yourself out there and embrace your vulnerability. It helps people who are normally shy and conscious to gain confidence.
